Jen was my Supervisor , she was a blessing not only to me but her entire team. I will miss her bright lovely smile . She was a Gem. A beautiful soul. Always gentle and never demanding ..She trained and guided many at work in and out of the field .We enjoyed her cheese paste for many a breakfast , her delicious cooking . I know she is now absent from the body in the Prescence of her Lord . She has transitioned into an eternity with her Saviour. What a joy what a blessing . No more pain no more tears . She would want us to accept the free gift of salvation that Jesus offers us . Joan

Jennifer was a valued, loyal friend and committed team player. I remember her as one who searched for solutions, rather than become overly burdened by the problems. I will truly miss her, and would not forget the positive impact she had on my life. Our sincere condolences are extended to her sons, other family members, and friends during this time of separation.

We extend our deepest and sincerest condolences to the family of Ms. Salandy-Meijas. It was truly an honor and privilege to be able to meet and spend time with such a wonderful, gentle soul. It was even more of a privilege to taste her amazing cooking (her roti was the absolute best) and to just experience her beautiful smile. Thank you family for sharing Ms. Jennifer with us; our lives are so much more enriched and blessed just because we knew her. We pray that The Most High continues to surround each of you with comfort, strength and love to help you through this difficult time. We love you.

Deepest condolences to the bereaved family. Jenny and I were neighbors for many years. A woman full of compassion, Jenny was always a willing vessel of God. We baked and cooked lots. Renissa's memory of her, was us making browning to mix into cakes. We met on one of her return trips from Marlon. She related that Marlon's neighbors loved her cooking. A God given gift which she shared with others. To me, Jen was salt and light. A woman of resilience. She served well. She raised two wonderful sons. To Marlon and Andre, may the God of all comfort be your portion now and always.Well done Jen. Rest in peace.

My dear sister, how much I had loved you, you were a gem the love I had for you will never fade. The memories of the good times we had will always remain in my heart, I miss you very much Sis, you are gone too soon but even though we mourn your loss we know that our Master in heaven is in control. Jenny was always willing to go the extra mile to help anyone she was very loving, caring and accommodating to everyone. She went the extra mile to help me to get Joselle prepared to travel to the US. I will miss her coconut bake which was one of my favorites and her pastels, black cake, corn pie and many other favorite dishes. Let us all follow in her footsteps, let us continue what she left and may the peace and love of God flow in our hearts.

Jenny, you embodied the meaning of friendship. Jenny was a strong, beautiful woman, a great mother, awesome aunt, excellent co-worker and wonderful friend. She was always ready with a word of advice or support. She willingly shared her experiences if she felt that it could help you along your way. I can't find all of the words to express what you meant to me but I pray that you knew. Rest in eternal peace Jenny.

Jennifer Salandy Mejias was a friend and colleague.. we spoke about our lives as children… she grew up three houses away from me… we worked together on the most important project of our lives Public Service Transformation…. I was privileged to share my assigned residence in Tobago with her when we both worked in Tobago. We talked about our health … her passing is painful… thanks Jen for the friendship… sleep in eternal peace.
