The funeral service of Jennifer Salandy-Mejias will take place on Friday, 18th April 2025 at 4:15 PM at J.E. Guide Funeral Home & Crematorium LTD. A private cremation ceremony for family following the services.

Jen was my Supervisor , she was a blessing not only to me but her entire team. I will miss her bright lovely smile . She was a Gem. A beautiful soul. Always gentle and never demanding ..She trained and guided many at work in and out of the field .We enjoyed her cheese paste for many a breakfast , her delicious cooking . Deepest condolences to the bereaved family. Jenny and I were neighbors for many years. A woman full of compassion, Jenny was always a willing vessel of God. We baked and cooked lots. Renissa's memory of her, was us making browning to mix into cakes. We met on one of her return trips from Marlon. She related that Marlon's neighbors loved her cooking. A God given gift which she shared with others. To me, Jen was salt and light. A woman of resilience. She served well. She raised two wonderful sons. My dear sister, how much I had loved you, you were a gem the love I had for you will never fade. The memories of the good times we had will always remain in my heart, I miss you very much Sis, you are gone too soon but even though we mourn your loss we know that our Master in heaven is in control. Jenny was always willing to go the extra mile to help anyone she was very loving, caring and accommodating to everyone. She went the extra mile to help me to get Joselle prepared to travel to the US.
